Garage Planner Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information RASE Services collects when you buy a plan on Garage Planner, and what we do with it. It matches section 13 of our Terms of Sale.

What we collect

At checkout we collect and record:

your name and your initials;
your email address;
your build-site postal code or ZIP;
the boxes you ticked;
the date and time you accepted the terms;
the terms version you accepted; and
your plan or order number.

What we use it for

We use your information only to process your order, deliver your plan and keep records of what you agreed to. We do not sell it.

Who handles it for us

Stripe processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe, and we do not store card numbers.
Resend sends the email that delivers your plan.
Cloudflare hosts this website. To limit abuse, our server also keeps a short-lived record of your IP address and of each paid order, using Cloudflare's storage.

Your design settings are saved only in your own web browser on your own device.

How long we keep it

We keep your record for six (6) years after the end of the tax year of your purchase, as proof of what you agreed to and for tax and accounting records.

You can ask for a copy of your record, or ask how we handle your information, by emailing raseservices@hotmail.com.

RASE Services is based in Ontario, Canada, and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
